NUGSS Health and Dental Plan 

helps cover costs of pharmacy medications, dental, and other services. Regional students need to opt-in by the deadline to obtain coverage and the cost will be added to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø student fees. 

Counselling Services

South-Central students have access to multiple counselling services through Walmsley, ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Counselling, and Here2Talk. 
The professional counsellors at  are available to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø South-Central students for short and/or long term counselling services. Sessions are confidential and free of charge to current ÂÜÀòÉäÇø students. Students can call 1-800-481-5511 or visit their  to request a counsellor. 
ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Counselling provides telephone and video counselling services to regional students. Students can book an appointment by calling 250-960-6369. In addition, ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Counselling regularly hosts workshops and events to inform students of practical skills to support mental wellness. They also maintain a list of general resources related to wellness, self-help, and community connections. 
All students registered in courses at a post-secondary institution in British Columbia have access to , which is a free 24/7 confidential counselling and community referral service. Students can call the toll-free number, 1-877-857-3397, to access this resource.

Food Bank

Students at the ÂÜÀòÉäÇø South-Central campus have access to the CNC Quesnel Student Union food bank that is located upstairs on-campus on Mondays through Fridays from 10:00am to 4:00pm for emergency food assistance and resources.

Students can access a variety of health services through Northern Health through their Medical Services Plan (MSP).
