Each semester, ÂÜÀòÉäÇø welcomes exchange students from our partner universities from all over the world. Come to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø in the heart of British Columbia and experience Canadian life and culture. We are excited to have you join us for a semester or two and we encourage you to contact our office if you have any questions.

How to Apply to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø on Exchange

To attend ÂÜÀòÉäÇø on exchange, you must first be nominated by your home institution. ÂÜÀòÉäÇø participates in multiple exchange partnerships with universities around the world (bilateral program and north2north mobility program).  Explore the options available with your home university to find a program to suit your academic goals.

Graduate students, please note that ÂÜÀòÉäÇø is a research institution and that many of our graduate level programs are thesis or project based. Therefore, courses available at the graduate level may be limited. 

All prospective exchange students are encouraged to review the  and Course Descriptions before submitting an application.

Application Deadlines

  • September Entr​y: May 15
  • January Entry: September 15

If space is available, ÂÜÀòÉäÇø may accept late applications. Please first contact your coordinator at your home institution if you are interested in applying late.

Application Process

Please read the instructions on the application carefully and include all required documents. Applications missing required documents, or sent without a nomination from a home institution will not be accepted.
