Login format is: username@unbc.ca NOT firstname.lastname@unbc.ca

Virtual Desktop (VMWare)

• Microsoft Exchange is in place to manage email for employees.
• Your email address will be available to you upon start date.
• Please follow instructions provided by Human Resources to obtain username and password information for the first time.
• Your ÂÜÀòÉäÇø email account will remain active for the duration of your employment.
• Identity Management -  use this email account for all communications with ÂÜÀòÉäÇø staff and faculty to enable Identity Confirmation and Identity Management.
• ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Employee email format: firstname.lastname@unbc.ca
