Asset Management

Research equipment purchased with grant, contract or other university funds becomes a university asset. When equipment is no longer needed by a researcher, it should be reassigned to another ÂÜÀòÉäÇø researcher or disposed of in a timely fashion to maximize use of space. This process applies to all equipment purchased: with ÂÜÀòÉäÇø operating funds (including CFI funds); external grants or contracts (Tri-Agency, industry), or donated to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø.
