The University also provides exceptional educational incentives for employees, including tuition waivers for employees and their family members.

The annual competition recognizes employers with a head office or main business location in British Columbia. 蹤獲扞⑹ has been recognized 11 times since first earning a spot on the list in 2012. Todays announcement comes during 蹤獲扞⑹s annual Employee Recognition Week, which features initiatives such as the Employee Recognition Event that celebrates employees reaching significant service milestones, as well as those who have earned Presidents Staff awards for service excellence, creative initiative and leadership.

The competitions editors consider eight criteria, focusing on progressive and forward-thinking programs. These criteria include the physical workplace, work atmosphere, health and family benefits, vacation policies, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.
