Payments sent to the University will be applied to the oldest charges first unless otherwise specified, e.g. graduation fee, application fee, housing charges, etc.
All payments are due on the first day of the semester. Students are responsible for checking their regularly to ensure their account is up to date. 蹤獲扞⑹ does not send out student invoices by mail.
Late payment penalties at the monthly rate of 2% will be assessed on any outstanding balance when the account reaches 30 days past due and every 30 days subsequent until the account is paid in full.

Paying via internet banking
Set up online banking to pay your 蹤獲扞⑹ tuition, housing, and fees like any other bill.
To pay with online banking:
- Log on to your banks online system.
- Add 蹤獲扞⑹ BILLPAY as a payee on your bill payment profile.
- The account number is your 蹤獲扞⑹ student identification number.
- Go to make a payment.
- Enter amount of payment.
- Record confirmation number for your records.
- Payments may take 2-3 business days to be posted to your 蹤獲扞⑹ student account.

Paying in person
Pay in person at the 蹤獲扞⑹ Cashier Office, located on Student Services Street next to the Office of the Registrar. Tuition payments are also accepted at 蹤獲扞⑹'s regional offices in Terrace, Fort St. John and Quesnel.
Payment methods: Cash, debit, cheques, money orders, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Passports to Education and Youth Options are accepted.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Please be reminded that line-ups will be long during the first few weeks of the start of the semester, and temporary extended hours will be available.
Paying by phone
Call 250-960-5631 during regular work hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) to pay by phone. Please be aware our cashiers are often busy serving students and may experience delays.

Paying at a bank
Payments can be made at any bank, but payments processed through any BMO Bank of Montreal will be received more quickly.

Funds will be credited to your 蹤獲扞⑹ account in Canadian dollars once payments are received. Please do not send more tuition than is required. Any over-payment will be credited to future semesters.
