Civil Disturbance and Demonstrations

Most demonstrations, marches and rallies, etc. are peaceful and non-confrontational. People have the right to free speech and a demonstration should not be disrupted unless one of the following conditions exist:

  • It interferes with normal ÂÜÀòÉäÇø operations.
  • It blocks access and egress to offices, buildings and facilities.
  • There is a threat of physical harm to persons or damage to ÂÜÀòÉäÇø facilities and property.

Should any of these conditions exist, notify security at the Prince George Campus (250-960-7058).

In the event of media inquiries seeking official University comment, contact ÂÜÀòÉäÇø's Communications and Marketing department.
