The ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Faculty Association and University of Northern British Columbia are pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement to renew the Collective Agreement between the parties under the Province’s and in accordance with the mandate given to the ÂÜÀòÉäÇø-FA by its members. The 2023-2025 Agreement will be sent to the Faculty Association membership and ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Board of Governors for ratification. We will provide further details once that process is complete.

The Faculty Association Executive Committee and ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Senior Leadership appreciate the dedication and efforts of both the Association’s and Employer’s bargaining teams, whose collegial and respectful negotiations produced this new agreement.
