Our Mission 

ÂÜÀòÉäÇø Employee Wellbeing strives to facilitate safe and equitable participation in the workplace for ÂÜÀòÉäÇø employees, including those with disabilities and/or medical conditions. Our role is to support employees with workplace accommodations, medical leaves, return-to-work planning, and contribute to larger organizational wellness initiatives. 

Confidentiality 

Your confidentiality is important to us. The medical information shared with Employee Wellbeing is kept in a separate, confidential file only accessible by the Employee Wellbeing team. Employee Wellbeing has the right to request clear, current, and credible medical information during the accommodation process. In most cases, employees are not required to disclose a specific diagnosis. Our primary focus is to gather information about the functional implications of your disability(ies) and/or medical condition(s) to determine how we can best support your participation in the workplace.
